1 Refund & Cancellation Policy
​
1.1 Cancelled/Missed Appointments
​
The Business operates a no refund policy. All therapy treatments & Coaching are booked by appointment/contract. All appointments/contracts are paid for in advance online to secure your space. The business operates a 48hr cancellation policy, shown at booking. Should you need to reschedule, you are required to contact me directly to do so. Any appointments that fail to adhere to this policy will be subject to full or partial retention at the discretion of the owner.
Individual or group Coaching appointments are subject to your contract, agreed at the point of hire.

1.2 Gift Vouchers
​
Any Gift Voucher purchased for any Therapies as advertised and named on the Voucher, must be used within 6 months from the date of purchase on the Voucher. The Voucher must be presented at the start of the appointment.
Vouchers are non-refundable. They are non-transferable to any other person not named on the purchased voucher, unless agreed prior to 48hrs before the booked appointment.

All gift vouchers are electronically purchased and sent to the chosen recipient. This does not have to be the recipient of the Treatment. You can purchase and pass on the voucher to named person at a time that suits you. All/any vouchers must be presented in person at the beginning of the appointment.
Gift Voucher requests to be sent directly to sam@sjtherapies.com for arrangement, purchase & delivery.
1.2 Online Events

All ticketed events by The Business are non-refundable or transferable.

1.3 Cancelled Events
No action is needed and you won’t need to reach out.

You will be notified that the event is cancelled by the Owner.

You will be given the option to transfer to a new date/time to attend the next available event.

Your refund is automatically delivered to the same card used for purchase should you choose not to transfer to the next available event.

Refunds should be received within 7-10 business days after admin have been informed.

3 Complaints Procedure
In the unlikely event that you should want to complain about a service received, please do send your complaint in writing directly to sam@sjtherapies.com. Your complaint will be responded to within 14 days of receipt. At this stage, your concerns should be relieved to agreed and mutual satisfaction between us, the client and The Business.

If this is not the case, The Owner will provide further details to how you can contact and send your complaint on further to any association the Therapist belongs which is relevant to the service received.

4 Member Community
Any on-site member of the Online Community at SJ Therapies, are held to respect the rights of others under the following rules:

To respect the privacy of any information shared within the community by not sharing any of said information outside the community. Being part of this community requires mutual trust. Authentic, expressive discussions make communities great, but may also be sensitive and private. This community is private to members only and by joining you are agreeing to these terms.

No hate speech or bullying will be tolerated. Make sure that everyone feels safe. Bullying of any kind isn't allowed, and degrading comments about things such as race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender or identity will not be tolerated and will result in the immediate of your membership to the site and community without notification.

Our Community is built upon a foundation of service, providing value to its members. No self-promotion, spam or irrelevant suggestions/links are allowed and will be deleted, unless previously agreed upon collaboration or association with the Owner.

Our Community is a safe and welcoming space for all members interested in the Somatic Mind, Body & Spirit Healing. We're all in this together to create a welcoming environment. Respect to all members and kindness is required.

All members are invited to post content to the group that is of service to the theme of the community. Such information and data will be stored within the community and is owned by the community in the way that it appears and is submitted. Should the Owner choose to remove any content, they will do so to improve the user experience. The contributor of said content can do the same. No content from our community is allowed to be copied or shared and is reserved under the rights of standard copyright to the Owner.

5 Membership Subscription
​
5.1 Recorded sessions - we have a strict privacy policy and anything shared during live events with members will not be shared outside the Membership community for any products, courses or services purchased.
​
5.2 Cancellation - Our monthly/annual subscriptions available. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and will therefore not renew and members will continue to have access until the expiry date of their subscription from the original/previous purchase date.
Subscriptions are non-refundable due to the nature of premium content & event participation & benefit received by offer as advertised by the creator. Our members take full ownership of their commitment and participation to best utilise and maximise their success & performance. If at any time you have feedback, you are encouraged at first to contact us directly to see if we can support or rectify any concerns if necessary. By purchasing a subscription you are agreeing to these terms.
Monthly Membership Package: We honour your right to cancel & request a full refund within the first 28 days of purchase. After this, you will continue to be billed monthly until you decide to cancel your subscription.

Annual Membership Package: Due to offers at purchase and the full spectrum of resources provided and available from the onset of this package, it is non-refundable. You can cancel at any time and it will not renew the following year should you wish to unsubscribe.

5.3 By purchasing a subscription, you are agreeing to the above Terms and Conditions, including the necessary capture of your personal information and payment details. All data is safely stored and will never be passed to a third party.

6 Products
​
6.1 Any products either physical or online by the company SJTherapies are subject to the full product description and terms made clear at point of purchase. It is the consumers responsibility to fully read all print at the time of purchase.

6.2 Refunds - I offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all products (unless used and unable to resell such as perishables). Should you wish for a full refund within this time period, please email us directly at Sam@sjtherapies.com, fully outlining your reason. You will be subject to return any products already sent to you by recorded post delivery to our returns address at full cost. No refunds will be honoured outside of our 30 day money back guarantee.
